Abstract

|
Anti-GQ1b antibody can be found in Miller Fisher syndrome, Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis, and acute ophthalmoplegia without ataxia. It is closely associated with acute paresis of extraocular muscles, but other neurological signs can be present. We report a patient with anti-GQ1b antibody syndrome presenting with bilateral vestibulopathy.
